Climb For the Cure

Hello,

My name is ______________ and I am participating in the 2004 Climb for the Cure for Children's Cancer Research Fund. For this event, I am challenged to climb five routes at Vertical Endeavor's gym in St. Paul MN that look like this.

I will try my best to get to the top of every route, but for each route I try to climb I get to collect my sponsorship fee for that route. I am asking that people sponsor me for _____/route (minimum $1/route). For example if you sponsor me at $5/route and I try to climb 4 routes then you would write a check for $5 * 4 routes = $20 check.

At the completion of the event I will inform you have many routes I have completed and then I ask you send the funds, check made out to Childrens Cancer Research Fund:
